My earlier role as the Director of the Center for Distance and Online Education and Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Management at Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education and Research reflects my dedication to driving change and innovation in the realm of education.

In addition, my influence has extended to prestigious institutions like Symbiosis School for Digital and Online Learning and Symbiosis International University, where I served as a professor and director. My philosophy of ""Creating leaders is the answer to success"" has not only inspired but also driven my efforts in nurturing teams and developing content that shapes the leaders of tomorrow.

From my role as Director at Green Heaven Institute of Management and Research to my impactful tenure as Academic and Administrative Head of Distance and Online Education at Bharati Vidyapeeth, my legacy of innovation shines through.
