Message from the Director, Sharda Skills

Sharda Skills is the training and skill building department of Sharda University which is involved in imparting life skills which are beyond employability skills to the students and professionals both within the campus and even to the outside world.

The vision of Sharda Skills is impart life skills to the young budding generation which keeps them morally and ethically strong and at the same time provide them with confidence to face challenges in life, enhance their creative and logical bent of mind to have a rational perspective towards the event happening in the surroundings, possess soft skills along with the hard skills required to grow and achieve the echelon in their respective domains.

The training program of Sharda Skills revolves around developing resilience, tenacity, creativity, problem solving, multitasking, crisis management, team skills, communication skills and personality development etc.

These programs like Communicative English, Personality Development, Campus to Corporate ,Soft skills, Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning have also been made an integral part of credit base courses which every student has to undergo along with their core subjects.

Shrada Skills comprises of team of 25 plus expert trainers having both corporate as well as training experience who put their heart and soul in nurturing every student and help them to becoming a better and confident professionals in life.

Apart from this Shards Skills also provide coaching and mentoring to students who want to prepare for various competitive exams like UPSC, CAT, GRE, GMAT, SSC, IBPS etc within the campus after University hours.

Sharda Skills also impart a specific skills which can be pursued either as a hobby or for employment, business, and entrepreneurial reasons.
