Mr. Prakash Singh is a highly dynamic and innovative thought leader with over 17 years of experience, recognized for his remarkable ability of strategic thinking and skills for designing and delivering transformative training, skilling, and learning & development programs. He has conceptualized, designed, and developed and delivered scores of highly effective and engaging ILT, VILT, e-learning, and WBT programs, as well as comprehensive assessment solutions and LMS platforms. His passion for leveraging advanced technology in IT skilling, learning & development, employability, and placement motivates him to continually explore innovative solutions that enhance skills development, improve job readiness, and streamline the placement process, ensuring better outcomes for learners and employers alike. With a wealth of experience in the field of skilling and L & D, he plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing talent development, and employability of students at Sharda University.

In his current role as Director of Informatics at Sharda University, he shapes the strategic skilling vision aligned with institutional goals of driving exceptional training and placement outcomes. He designs and delivers in-demand IT and Non-IT skilling programs that are closely aligned with industry requirements, ensuring our graduates are well-prepared for their careers. His role also includes inducting technology and tools that can automate operational processes, improve efficiency and make learning hands-on, interactive, engaging, immersive and outcome driven.

Mr. Singh has spent larger part of corporate life in companies like Accolite Digital, CL Educate, Roots Educations and T.I.M.E in senior management roles leading end-to-end management of the instructional design process, developing innovative learning and assessment solutions using advanced pedagogical strategies, digital tools, and emerging technologies such as AI and ML. He also led integrated content strategies, establishing global best practices for content creation and distribution, and managed multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer experiences. Additionally, he managed various strategic business roles such as team management, portfolio and project management, budgeting, operations, and client services.
