About the Programme

MBA in Human Resources Management is a two-year post-graduate programme (MBA in HR) dedicated to imparting the knowledge and skills required to manage the people within the organisation, making it a highly relevant HR management course.

The programme aims to create HR professionals that are competent in handling imperative HR role in public and private firms, organisations and businesses opening strong HR career opportunities. Under this programme, students learn about planning, arranging and managing various things through class activities, projects and case studies. In addition, they also study organisational psychology and workplace learning.

The coursework of the programme includes Basics of HR Management, Labour laws, Laws of Industrial Relations, Employee Empowerment, Fundamentals of Industrial Relationships, Ways of Improving Performance in Employees, Grievance Addressal, and more as part of a comprehensive MBA HR syllabus.

Eligibility Criteria
For National Students

MBA HR eligibility criteria include:

  • Graduation with minimum 50% marks.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • SUAT (Online Test)

OR

  • MAT with 75% percentile or above score.

OR

  • CAT/XAT with 65% percentile or above score followed by Group Discussion & Personal Interview
For International Students The eligibility criterion for all programs for international applicants is minimum 50% in the qualifying examination and having studied the pre-requisite subjects for admission in to the desired program.
