Myself Saurabh Kishor, I have completed my LL.B. from DDU Gorakhpur University in 2007 and LL.M. from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in 2011. I wrote my LL.M. dissertation on “Legal Regulation of Higher Education in India: An Appraisal”. I completed my Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Shailendra Kumar Gupta, Faculty of Law, B.H.U. The topic of my Ph.D. was “Environmental Impact Assessment and Regulatory Measures in India : An Appraisal” The area of my interest is environmental law and law of contract.
