Dr. Gupta is an educator and a researcher with zeal, taking care of industry interface. Motivating, training and grooming students as mentor. She is MHRD certified Innovation Ambassador, skilled in Curriculum Development, Organizational Development and Higher Education. She is also a life- member of Indian Accounting Association.
Along with teaching learning responsibilities, she has also Co-Edited a Hand Book on “Industry 4.0 Exploring New Horizons and Challenges for New Normal Post COVID-19”. Her area of research interest is corporate finance, banking and innovation & entrepreneurship . She has various International and National research publications to her credit. 
She has organized and attended several workshops, conferences, seminars, FDPs and MDPs of national and international repute.
