About

Dr Mohon Kumar Naik is working as an Assistant Professor at Sharda School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Sharda University. He has been working with the University since November 2023. He has successfully completed both MPhil and PhD from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay). During his study, he has presented many research papers both international and national forms and received scholarship to attend. Also, participated many research-oriented workshops, and an academic skill development programmes. He has Scopus index research paper and book chapter. Apart from academic activities he has more than five years of work experiences which associated with national level non-governmental organizations, and also worked with government agencies
