Dr Khushboo Kumari has done her M.A., M.Phil and Ph.D from the Centre for Historical Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Her doctoral thesis is titled, “From Vijayanagara to the Marathas: A Study of the Religion and Political Economy of Western Deccan, 1500-1700 A.D.” Her area of interest includes Socio-Cultural, Religion, Political Economy, and issues related to it. She is also interested in introspecting and understanding the historical factors behind the State formation.
