Prof (Dr) VELAYUDHAM SATHIYASUNTHARAM is working  Professor , Department of Computer Science and Engineering, SSET ,Sharda University India. He has 18+ years of experience in teaching and 10 years of experience in the field of Research. He has completed his B.Tech (IT) from Madras University and M.E (CSE) in Anna University and his Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from SHRI VENKATESHWARA  UNIVERSITY,Gajraula, Utter Pradesh, India. He has Worked as DEAN -ACADEMIC & PUBLICATIONS and also Served 14+ Years as HOD –CSE & CYBER SECURITY DEPT. 

Served Overall coordinator for NBA, NAAC, and AUTONOMOUS Accreditation's at various colleges during the services. He was Served as   Dean for NIRF, ATAL RANKING and other Ranking and also Served as Chairman of Board of Studies for CSE,IT,CSE-AI&ML ,Data Science, Cyber security Department for various autonomous colleges at JNTU Hyderabad. He was also appointed as INTERVIEW PANEL MEMBER for “Project Engineer” Recruitment at CDAC Hyderabad (Government) on 5-2-2019.

Organized and CO–CONVENER of International Conference on Innovations in CSE in the year 2014, 2015&2016 at GNITC Hyderabad and also reviewed 341+ research Papers for International Conference on Innovations in CSE in the year 2014, 2015&2016 conducted by GNITC Hyderabad. Designed 4 year Syllabus and Curriculum & Structure for Autonomous B.TECH-CSE (CYBER SECURITY) Course. He was assigned SESSION CHAIR for various IEEE International Conferences and Published 47 Research Papers in various SCI/SCOPUS/UGC-CARE Journals.

GUIDED 55+ B.TECH AND 36+M.TECH PROJECTS and also Organized Various Events like Seminars / Conferences / Symposium /Workshop/training Programmes /Guest & Expert Lectures. Co Convener and Organized National level (Jalathon, Rurathon, Coronathon, Smart India Hackathon) HACKATHON 4 TIMES in CMREC at Hyderabad and Served Editor of International conference of Innovative computer science and engineering Journal.

Published 2 Text books Titled on 1.Data structures and 2.Data structures through C++.
He has Given 06 Guest Lectures 07 Special Talk and also Served Head of BIG DATA Research Centre of excellence. He has Lifetime membership like MCSI and MISTE, MIAENG, MCSTA, MISoC and Now Guiding 05 PhD RESEARCH SCHOLORS at ANNAMALAI UNIVERSITY Chidambaram Tamil Nadu.
