About

Dr. Tarkesh Molia is a seasoned academician with over two decades of experience in legal education, research, and administration. He has served in various esteemed institutions, including the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Nirma University, and Gujarat National Law University. His contributions span curriculum development, organizing national and international seminars, conducting and coordinating refresher courses, and serving on academic and governance committees. 

He specializes in Constitutional Law and Human Rights and has published extensively in reputed journals, with his research papers being featured in prominent publishers such as Scopus, Web of Science, and others. He has guided numerous postgraduate dissertations and led research projects sponsored by prominent bodies such as the National Human Rights Commission and the Government of Gujarat. He is also an active member of several prestigious legal and public administration associations. 

He has received accolades such as Best Paper Awards and held distinguished positions, including visiting professorships and Ph.D. external examiner roles.
