About

Dr. Ankita Tiwari completed her Ph.D. from the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar, M.P. She has more than 7 years of research and teaching experience. She qualified GPAT 2011 (AIR 357). She was granted Senior Research Fellowship from Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi during her Ph.D. tenure. She has worked as Scientist ‘A in Patanjali Herbal Research Department, Haridwar.

She is the recipient of Young Scientist Award in 37th M.P. Young Scientists Congress – 2022, organized by Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology, Bhopal, (M.P.) on 15/03/2022. She was also awarded with Late Phoolwasa Devi Dubey Memorial Award 2012 at 1st Annual National Convention of Association of Pharmacy Professionals” held on 7th April 2012 at Bhopal.

She has to her credit over 40 publications in Science citation indexed journals. She served as “Academic Council member” in Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar, M.P. for two academic sessions (2018-2019). Successfully presented video lectures through Educational Multimedia Research Centre for Consortium for Educational Communication (CEC), an Inter-University Centre established by University Grants Commission. She has given Voiceover for Visitors Award presentation 2018 presentation at Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi. She has served as MC in various National Conferences.

She is a life member of Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India. Her current research interest includes targeted drug delivery, nanomedicines, colon targeting. Currently, she is exploring the pharmaceutical potential of liposomes.
