About

Dr. Amrit Kumar Agrawal is currently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Sharda University. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India in June 2020, M.Tech. (Gold Medalist) in Computer Science and Engineering from Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT), Waknaghat, Solan, Himachal Pradesh in 2010 and B. Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from UNS, Institute of Engineering and Technology, Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh in 2005. He has a total experience of 15+ years in teaching. 
He has attended various FDP and Online programs organized by various renowned institutions like IITs, NITs, IIMs, etc. He has authored many research papers in conferences and journals of repute, indexed in SCI/Scopus. His research interests include Biometrics, Image Security & Data hiding.

  • Attended 3rd International Conference IEEE ICAC3N-21 as a Session chair organized by the department of Computer Science & Engineering, Galgotias College of Engineering & Technology, Greater Noida, during 17th to 18th December, 2021.
  • Technical Program Committee member (TPC) in various International Conferences.
  • Attended the 3rd International Conference on Image Processing (ICIP-2015) as a Session chair organized by the department of Computer Science & Engineering and Information Technology, Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat, HP, during 21th to 24th December, 2015.
  • Organized (Convener) national webinar on “Spiritual and Physical Prowess of Yoga to the world in Current Scenario” held on 21st June, 2020.
