Dr. Amit K. Das is a passionate Food Technologist with 10+ years of experience in academic and industrial R&D. He holds a Ph.D degree from CSIR-Central Food Technological Research Institute with expertise in extraction & analytical sciences of bioactive molecules, development function foods, commercialization of value added products and quality assurance. Dr. Das has number of publications in form of research papers and book chapters to his credit with international publishers of repute. His sheer interest in academia led him into the teaching assignments of Sharda University.
