About

She completed her BALLB (Hons.) from University Institute of Legal Studies, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla in 2010 and Masters of laws in Business laws from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla in 2012. She holds a Ph.D. in Labour Welfare Legislations from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. She joined academics in 2013. Her teaching career includes L.R. Group of Institutes, Solan, Himachal Pradesh, Jagran School of Law, Selaqui and Galgotias University, Greater Noida. Her major research areas include labour welfare legislations; rights of animals; cyber laws in India; alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, etc. She was amongst the Faculty for Summer School on “Foreign Law”- 2021 organised by Kutafin Moscow State Law University, Russia from 16th-18th June, 2021. She has also acted as Session Chair and Moderator in International Conferences.
