Ms. Abhinanda Bhattacharya has a rich industrial experience across three diverse sectors for 10+ years. She started her career with Tata Steel Processing and Distribution Ltd as Deputy Manager HR/IR. She went on to lead an entire division under WBSEDCL, as Divisional HR Head, handling 15 units. She came to Delhi in 2019 and has consulted with several startups designing their PMS structure, Employee levels and maturity and drawing up innovative and effective policies. Before handing over her corporate hat, she was employed as HR Manager – India (Country Head) for La Sorogeeka Interiors/ANCA International, interior fitout/furniture and interior décor company. She is proficient in handling all gamut of HR activities, IR issues and Employee Welfare.
Ms Bhattacharya embarked on a new journey in academics from January 2023. She handled a short-term assignment at a college under MDU spanning 1 semester, before starting her journey with Sharda University.
Other than college assignments, Ms. Bhattacharya has tutored and trained civil service aspirants in Interview skills and English (descriptive and verbal) which resulted in all her students currently holding important positions under the West Bengal State Govt.
Ms Bhattacharya is currently pursuing her PhD from IIFT, Delhi. She has completed her MPhil from University of Calcutta.
