Event Description

To keep the spirits high, to rejuvenate and to refurbish our cultural roots, Dance Club, in association with Students Council, Department of Students Welfare, SU organised a Group Dance Competition “Rhythm in Motion 2021”. 
With an ethnic spin of competition, it will be held offline with Bollywood/Western/ Folk dance styles as its theme.
To make the event your very own the rulebook reads “Each group should showcase its talent”. 
Best 2 group entries will get exciting prizes and gift hampers along with certificates.
All registered participants will get certificate of participation.
Interested participants are requested to fill the Google form link provided below for the registration of the same entries latest by 6th October 2021. Rulebook attached. Prelims will be held on 7th October 2021.

GROUP DANCE COMPETITION

Mode: OFFLINE
Genre: BOLLYWOOD, WESTERN AND FOLK

 There should be minimum 4 and maximum 6 members from each GROUP
 Participants must share their response through the google form.
 All participants should fill their particulars in the Google form link provided in the poster
must join the WhatsApp group link provided upon submission in the form itself,
The duration of the dance should be between 2-5 minutes for each group.
The time limit would be strictly followed in the marking scheme as well,
leading to negative marking if exceeded.
 The dance genre involved is purely based on Bollywood, western and folkdance styles
 Participants are requested to make aware the organising and coordinating department
about the dance style used for proper judging criteria for the same.
The dance performance of each group will be judged on the basis of
choreography, originality, expression, costume and overall impact.
All participants are requested to submit their entries along with their registration details
before.
