Event Description

On the occasion of “Paryavaran Sankalp Diwas” the students, faculty and staff members of Sharda University along with the Dean Student Welfare of the Sharda University took an oath to protect the environment. Mr. Ajit Kumar Joint Registrar administrated the oath to all, Shardans family pledged to contribute largely towards safeguarding the environment, by maintaining cleanliness in their campus, planting and protecting the trees. Sharda University members also took the pledge to stop wastage of natural resources like water and fuel. Shared that such initiatives are required to make sure that the students learn to respect the importance of environment and give their bit back to the mother Earth. This initiative is a contribution by the institute towards the bigger goal of “Swachh Bharat”.
Paryavaran Sankalp Diwas an Oath Ceremony 3rd March 2017 on the call of the Gautam Buddha Nagar Administration for celebration of Paryavaran Sankalp Diwas, Sharda University Greater Noida organized a Oath Ceremony on 03rd March 2017. On this occasion Students, Faculty and Staff Members of Sharda University Greater Noida along with Mr.Vivek Kumar Gupta Deputy Registrar Estate Management of Sharda University Greater Noida took a pledge to protect our environment. Shardans family renewed its commitment to contribute towards safeguarding the environment by maintaining cleanliness in their campus Dr. Nirupma Gupta said that living in harmony with nature is the only way to avoid a catastrophic situation on Mother Earth. He said that it was the duty of every single citizen to help preserve nature and pass on a better environment to the next generation.
