Event Description

Open mic event started in Block 4 lawn by Literatuere Music Drama and Article literature .

Open-Mic is a live show where the stage is opened for amateurs who try out their talents on stage. The events are focused mainly on performance arts like poetry, mimicry, spoken words and stand-up comedy.

•    There will be two rounds in Open-Mic; Preliminary and a finale round.
•    Each participant will get 120 seconds on stage to perform his/her talent.
•    The content should be original and plagiarism will result in disqualification.
•    Top 22 participants will qualify for the finale round. 
•    In case of a tie, a tie-breaker will be used. The team making a lead of two points will be judged as the winner. 
•    The judges have the final say in all matters associated with the Open-mic event.

•    All the participants need to carry their registration receipt along-with college ID cards for each event.
•    Please carry your ID cards at all times during the Festival.
•    Please reach the venue half an hour before the event starts.
•    Slot allotment is solely on the discretion of coordinators.
•    The decision of the judges and referees is final and binding.
•    Any violation of rules can lead to disqualification at any time.
•    Alcohol, drugs or use of any such psychedelics would lead to immediate disqualification and further action would be taken.
•    The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel your participation or any event at any moment.
•    The rules are not final and are subject to minor changes.
•    Please confer with the coordinator for any immediate changes that might have been made in the rules.
