Sharda University Commemorated Padma Vibhushan Girija Devi on 6th March 2022

Lovers of Indian classical music had the time of their lives when the Department of Culture, UP, and Music & Drama Academy, UP, organised an event to commemorate Padma Vibhushan Girija Devi at Sharda Universitys Anand Swaroop Auditorium. The commemoration ceremony was held on March 6, 2022, at 6 PM. An exhibition was also put in place for visitors to know about the life of Padma Vibhushan Girija Devi. Padam Shri Dr. Daya Prakash Sinha; Y K Gupta, Pro Chancellor, Sharda University; Anil Kumar Sinha, CDO, Gautam Buddha Nagar; Garima Khare, District Development Officer, Pt. Dharmnath Mishra, Senior, Musician graced the ceremony as eminent guests.  The members of faculty, staff and students joined the event.
