Undoubtedly, the National Cadet Corps (NCC) is a unifying force that shapes young people to lead, integrate, and unite the nation. We were honored to celebrate this achievement with a sense of pleasure and gratitude for our Sharda's NCC cadets by helping them earn the rank awards. The rank award ceremony is a significant and emotional occasion for cadets to show their sense of community.

Sqd.ldr Swati Mahajan (rtd) was the chief guest of the event along with ASM sir and PI Staff from the Battalion were the special invitee to the event. In her address to the cadets, the chief guest, Sqd Ldr Swati Mahajan (rtd), inspired them to pursue the armed forces as a viable career option and spoke to them about leadership characteristics and traits of a strong leader. She also exhorted the cadets to work tirelessly for the honor and good of the nation. In order to make the parents of the children feel proud of them, they were also invited. The Ranks were given to cadets including SUO Maheshwari. JUO Kanika Joshi, JUO Suhani Panwar, JUO Manisha Bharti, JUO Kavya Mangal followed by 8 SGTs, 10 CPLs, and 10 l.CPLs.Dr. Nirupama Gupta, Dean of student welfare also gave her presence at the event.

The ceremony concluded with some motivational words by Our CTO Mrs. Yashodhara Raj and the distribution of mementos from the Indian Air Force, which included caps, pens, and posters.
