7th Anand Swaroop Gupta Memorial International Moot Court Competition at Sharda University.

The 7th Anand Swaroop Gupta Memorial International Moot Court Competition has come to an end at Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, marking yet another successful event in the legal education calendar. The competition saw the participation of several law students from across the country, who were tested on their knowledge of legal principles and their ability to apply them in complex legal scenarios. The Chief Guest of the event Justice Jayant Nath, Former Judge, Delhi High Court appreciated the efforts of the participants of the competition. He motivated the students of Sharda University and the participants of the competition to continue their efforts. The competition included winners, runners-up, best speaker, best researcher, and best memorial. Saumya Rajpal, Gayantika Singh, and Kaustubh Sharma from Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla won the winner's prize of Rs 50,000 and a trophy. The runner-up position with a cash prize of Rs 25,000 was bagged by Anant Vyas, Dhananjay Dubey, and Ishaan Mishra from the Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. All the participants who performed excellently during the competition were rewarded. The prize money was sponsored by CCI. The total prize money in various categories was Rs 1 lakh.
