Two distinguished individuals graced the convocation ceremony as the esteemed guest of honour: Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Tyagi, recipient of the Dr. BC Roy National Award and Clinical Director of Cardiology at Apollo Hospital, and Dr. Vikasendu Agarwal, the Joint Director and State Surveillance Officer of the Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme (IDSP) in Uttar Pradesh.
