About the Programme
The robust curriculum offered at Sharda School of Business Studies (SSBS) ensures that students are appropriately trained in verticals like Learning and Development, Talent acquisition and Retention, Compensation Management, Performance Management and Competency Development, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws,HR Analytics and HR Information System in order to solve business-related problems.
The students are encouraged to take up research based learning in the HR specific areas during their Summer internships, research report writing, Community Connect research which acquaints them with first hand on the job experience. They learn to work upon problem solving tools towards informed decision making.
