The conference will emphasize the theme “Current Trends in Nursing Perspectives: A Leading Pathway to Quality Care”. Nursing is a dynamic field that evolves with time. Nurses across the world overcome incredible challenges to care for their patients and communities. Skilled nurses and midwives are critical in strengthening the health care delivery system which significantly impact the health of women and children globally.
Guidelines have been introduced by Indian Nursing Council to standardize the concept of Nurse Practioners in Midwifery (NPM) and Respectful Maternity Care (RMC) to pave the way for safe, high quality long term care to mothers by trained midwives. Overall, in these challenging times Nurse should chart new paths through professional development.
