Call for Special Session

We invite proposals for special sessions aligned with the general focus of ICEECT 2024. These sessions are scheduled to occur from 29th to 31st August 2024, concurrently with the main conference, at the specified venue. Special sessions should complement the primary technical program while expanding the conference's technical breadth into emerging domains.
The proposed special session topics should hold substantial significance to engage researchers and practitioners across academia and industry. Prospective organizers are encouraged to submit comprehensive proposals outlining the relevance and feasibility of their sessions.

Proposals, limited to 3 pages in PDF format, must reach us by 25th February 2024 25^th March 2024, via email at iceect2024@gmail.com, adhering to the proposal structure given below.

• Title of the Special Session, along with its acronym.
• Concise overview of the subject matter (approximately 100 words), emphasizing its relevance and interest.
• Details of 2 or 3 special session chairs, showcasing their backgrounds and willingness to curate and manage high-quality submissions.
• A roster of potential reviewers and their affiliations.
• Synopsis of the proposed special session, including abstract, scope, objectives, anticipated submissions, and composition of the special session program committee.
• Submission deadline must be adhered to, with early submissions encouraged.
• Accepted and presented papers may qualify for inclusion in IEEE Xplore proceedings post-review.
• Any additional requirements such as infrastructure or logistical support should be clearly specified.
