He is Professional with 32+ experiences in academia, industry, and research. He is M.A. Political Science from University of Delhi, M. Phil from University of Delhi, and Ph. D. from University of Delhi. He received fellowship/scholarship from U.G.C. Department. He has published lots of book like Government and Citizenship (2015), Comparative Politics (2013), International Relation (2009), Human Right Gender & Environment and many more. He has also published various research papers and conference papers. He has delivered a lecture in UGC Academic Staff College, Himachal Pradesh University, Summer Hill, Shimla and Changing Prospective in Indian Politics in Globalised World. Africa in World Affairs Inaugural address in the Inter-College Competition held in Bhagni Nivedia College, University of Delhi. 23rd February, 2016. He has attended Chairing conference/ Seminar Session Organised (National/ International) On “State, Nation Building and Development Process.” International Conference organised on “Gandhi and the Contemporary World organised by Zakir Hussain Delhi College, and the Indian Council of Social Sciences Research (ICSSR). 25th February, 2016 and  “Women Issues” International Conference on “Redrawing the Boundaries of International Relations : Going beyond State and Power” organised by department of Political Science, Ravenshaw University Odisha and Indian Council for Social Science Research.
