About

Dr. Sweta Dixit holds a Doctorate in Management (2006) and a Master's degree in HRM and
Industrial Relations from the University of Lucknow. Dr Dixit is currently engaged as Professor-
HRM/Oranizational Behaviour and Communications with Sharda School of Business
Studies,Department of Management,Sharda University. She has qualified for the UGC-NET and
brings over two decades of experience across both academics and the corporate sector. Her
previous roles include positions at her alma mater, Lucknow University, Amity University (Noida),
NIILM-CMS (Greater Noida), Galgotias University, and Symphony Enterprises, LLC.(California,US).Dr.
Dixit has also taught and conducted seminars at the University of Gannon, Pennsylvania, as part of
the 3 Continent MBA program. She has trained professionals from leading organizations such as
Maruti Suzuki, Symphony Enterprises, Dixon Technologies, Mevisha Foundation, and MONAMI
Foundation, focusing on Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Professional Skills, and
Negotiation. With a keen interest in research, Dr. Dixit has published numerous case studies and
articles in esteemed national and international journals and edited books with renowned publishers
like Wiley Scrivener. Her research areas include Startups, Employee Engagement, Global Mobility,
Performance Management, Organizational Culture, and Technology.
