Sunayana Kushwaha is presently working as an assistant professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Sharda University, prior to this, She worked as an assistant professor at B N College of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow. She has completed her M.tech in Geotechnical & Geo-environmental Engineering from KNIT, Sultanpur. She is recipient of MHRD scholarship during her masters (2015-2017) studies.
