A Doctorate in Human Resource Management, A Management Graduate from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur and an Engineering Graduate from the prestigious Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur with more than 34+ years of experience at leadership levels which includes Industry and Academics. Industry: He was into Contracting business and later Managing Partner of a Small Scale Manufacturing concern into Mild Steel Wire Drawing. He has also worked in ITES industry. Academe: After coming into the Academia donned the cap as Professor in Management with specific interest areas into Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Oil and Gas Management and Power Management. HE has 55 + Publications, which comprise of Research articles, Conference proceedings, Books, Book Chapters and Newspaper articles. The Research articles are into Scopus listed Journals, UGC approved Journals and Peer reviewed Journals. The Book and Book chapters all carry an ISB Number. Three of his research scholars have completed their Doctoral work wherein he was the Main Supervisor and one is on the verge of completion. He has been a trainer in the area of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, some areas of Power Management and conducted more than 25 Training Programs for Public Sector Undertakings like HPCL, Oil India, Uttarakhand Power Corporation Ltd., Dehradun and in the private sector in organizations. Objectives in time and with excellence. a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion. He has a great eye for detail. He is eager to learn, I enjoy overcoming challenges, and He has developed a genuine interest in Social research, Business Management and issues related to society. After coming into the academia his interest in researching has grown, He has tried to look into issues related at workplace be it Training and Development, Organizational Culture and bettering Organizational functioning wherein Leadership plays a very important role.
