Dr. Rachna Bansal is a highly accomplished and versatile academician, researcher, trainer, and administrator with over 17 years of experience in Human Resources Management (HRM) and Organizational Behavior (OB). She has a strong educational background with an M.B.A. and PhD in HRM and Organizational Behavior, also UGC Net qualified. She is a Certified Learning and Development Manager, certified by Middle Earth HR and Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Dr. Bansal's career trajectory is marked by impactful training, project, and consultancy experiences, demonstrating her expertise in areas such as emotional intelligence, transactional analysis, and community engagement. As a co-director of an ICSSR-sponsored major research project and a resource person for various management development programs, she has contributed significantly to advancing knowledge and fostering sustainable practices in diverse organisational settings. Dr. Bansal is actively engaged in scholarly publishing and editorial activities, serving as an associate editor for reputable journals and contributing to edited books that explore diverse perspectives in management research.
