With over 20 years of experience in legal education, Dr. Dave is a renowned expert in Human Rights, International Humanitarian Laws, and Criminal Law. He holds an LL.M. and PhD from prestigious institutions, including a Doctoral Scholarship at The Hague Academy of International Law, and has received awards for his academic excellence. He started his career with Gujarat National Law University as Assistant Professor and later on served as in charge Registrar. He also served as Associate Professor and Area Head with Institute of Law, Nirma University.
As a seasoned administrator, Dr. Dave has also led esteemed institutions, serving as Dean of Law Faculty at Galgotias University, NMIMS University, Marwadi University, and currently he has joined Sharda School of Law, Sharda University. His leadership has been marked by academic innovation and securing prestigious grants, including two Erasmus Plus projects worth Rs. 1.5 crore at Marwadi University. He continues to inspire and lead the next generation of legal professionals.
