Dr. Nidhi is Ph D. in the area of Organisational Behavious (Employee Experience). She is Trainer, Researcher & Administrator. She has more than 21 Years of multi-dimensional Experience as Grooming faculty, Admissions, Placements,and administrator in educational Institute. Previuosly She worked at International Management Institute Bhubaneswar. Teaching Communication is her passion. She has trained Managers, teachers and taught students in the area of Communication, Non-Violent Communication, Psychology behind Interviews etc.
Currently working as Associate professor at Sharda University.
Her course on Impactful Communication Skills has been hosted on Udemy.
Dr. Nidhi has published papers and case studies in Journals of National and International Repute and also presented papers in National and International Conferences.
She has got one International Patent in her name.
Her research interest lies in Employee Experience, High Performing Organisation and Communication.
