About

Prof Bhim Singh holds a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra, M. Tech degree in Industrial Engineering from GNDEC, Ludhiana and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra. He has more than twenty one years of teaching, research and administrative experience. He has published many papers in various international journals of repute and also published/presented many papers in various international and national conferences. He has delivered a key note speech in (ICSSM-2014) at Chicago Illinois US and chaired a session in International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Management, organized by world Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology,  held in Berlin, Germany, 19-20 May, 2016. He also received outstanding paper award from Emerald Insight (United Kingdom) in year 2019 and 2011. He received also best reviewer award from Emerald Insight (United Kingdom) in year 2010.. Before joining to Sharda University he was working with Echelon Institute of Technology, Faridabad as a Director/Principal. He has guided many students for their M. Tech/Ph.D thesis and also guided many projects to undergraduate students. His areas of interest include statistical quality control, operations research, supply chain management, value engineering, lean manufacturing and industry 4.0.
