About

Dr. Meenal Gupta is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics, School of Basic Sciences and Research, Sharda University. She is a very active member of Department of Physics. She has received fund of Indian Rs. 19.5 lakh from the Department of Science and Technology to conduct DST Inspire Science Camp in the year 2016 and Year 2018. She developed Prototype Supercapacitors in a funded project (Indian Rs.  8 lakh) of Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India. One international student has been awarded a Ph.D. degree under her guidance in year 2021. Two more Ph.D. students are working under her guidance. She is having Post-Doctoral experience of 3 years from Raman Research Institute Bangalore during 2008 to 2010.
