He is counsel for Central Govt in Armed Forces Tribunal (Principal Bench) New Delhi. He is Standing counsel for the State of UP in National Green Tribunal, New Delhi and also he contests before NGT (PB) on behalf of Uttrakhand, Forest Corporation and also for Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation & National Highway Authority of India.

As an environmentalist, he wrote a book on “Environmental Noise   Pollution and its legal controls”. He has membership of many Professional Organizations such as
