I have completed PhD degree (Animal Biochemistry) from ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal in 2016 and M.Sc. degree (Biotechnology & Molecular Biology) from CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar in 2010. I have qualified CSRI NET (Life Sciences) in 2010 and ASRB-NET (Agricultural Biotechnology) in 2013. I have got the best poster award at XII Agricultural Science Congress in 2015. I have published nine research articles in peer-reviewed journals of high repute (cumulative impact factor is 36.324) and two book chapters in edited books. Currently, I am acting as a reviewer for international journals having high impact factor. In total, I have post-doctoral experience of four years of teaching as an assistant professor and two years of post-doctoral research experience as a research scientist with different academic and research organizations. My area of interest is Understanding the role of functional foods in amelioration of non-communicable diseases.
