About

Dr. Singh has completed B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from UPTU and M.Tech. from NIFFT Ranchi. He was awarded the degree of Ph.D. (Mechanical Engineering) from IIT (BHU) Varanasi in the area of Tribology on September 2020. Since October 2020, He is working in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, SSET, Sharda University as an Assistant Professor. He has worked in the State Key Laboratory of Tribology (SKLT), Tsinghua University, Beijing, China for more than 2 years. He has attended several Faculty Development Programs (National and International) and published several research articles in peer-reviewed journals.

  • Senior Scholar at State Key Laboratory of Tribology (SKLT), Tsinghua University, Beijing, PR China from May 2018 to August 2019 and September 2016 to September 2017.
  • Visiting Scholar at SKLT, Tsinghua University, Beijing, PR China from May 2016 to July 2016.
  • Lecturer at Axis Institute of Technology and Management, Kanpur from August 2012 to January 2013.
Qualification
  • Ph.D. on the topic “Studies on Tribological Behavior of Graphene as a Lubricant” from IIT (BHU), Varanasi in 2020.
  • M.Tech. in Foundry-Forge Technology (Mechanical) from NIFFT, Ranchi in 2015.
  • B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from UPTU, Lucknow in 2012.

  • Chaired a technical session at the International Conference on Cutting Edges in Mechanical Engineering - 2020 organized by Greater Noida Institute of Technology, India.
