During his academic journey he had been part of various committees and training programmes. He is also associated with Career Testing, Guidance and Counselling. He has published various book chapter and research paper in reputed journals and books. He has also presented research papers in more than 25 national and international conferences and seminars. He has a keen interest in research as well.
