Dr. Khagendra Nath Gangai, holds degree of Ph.D. in Management (FMS- Mohanlal Sukhadia University), MA-Applied Psychology (Delhi University) MBA-HRM (Pondicherry University), Diploma in T&D (ISTD), CYP in Yoga (IGNOU) and qualified UGC-NET. He has rich and varied experience of sixteen years both in academia and industry majorly focused on behavioural & life Skills training, clinical & counselling, research, consultancy, and teaching in different capacities and institutions. Further, he is providing his services to various reputed corporate organizations as a Corporate Trainer, Consultant Psychologist, organizational Development consultant.
He has worked 13 years 9 months with Bhartiya Vidya Bhavans Usha & Lakshmi Mittal Institute of Management, New Delhi. Similarly, he has provided his services to various reputed organizations like NCERT, New Delhi, Art of Living, Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd., (Times Professional Learning Division) (“TimesPro”) and Bennett University, IGNOU, New Delhi, FOSTIIMA, Server Works Pvt. Ltd, Navjyoti Institute for Mentally Challenged, Society for Social research Art & Culture, New Delhi, Indian Society for Training & Development, New Delhi. He has been published 24 research papers in National and International reputed journals, few of them Scopus indexed, 2 book chapters in international publisher such as Bloomsbury, Macmillan and 19 research papers presented in international conference in the various premier B- School such as IIM- Indore; IIM-Raipur; PAN IIM- Lucknow; IIT-Roorkee; SPJIMR- Mumbai; MDI-Gurgaon; IMT-GZB; FORE School of Management; Birla Global University; Delhi school of Economics, NDIM, ISTD etc. He has provided his two-research projects consultancy service to OKA Ridge Institute for Science and Education, USA and Nazarbayev University, KazakhstaHe has received short term training on psychological assessment from AIIMS, New Delhi and IHBAS, New Delhi, under Department of Psychiatry and Clinical Psychology in the area of Psychological Assessment and Diagnosis, Counselling, and Psychotherapy, Child Guidance, Behavioural Training & Development, Drug-De Addiction. Further, he has wide experience in the field of social entrepreneurship, yoga & meditation, psychometric testing, counseling skills, and psychotherapy.
His teaching expertise includes Human Resource Practices, HR Strategy Implementation with Business Strategy, Organisational Behaviour & Industrial Psychology, Training Development, HR Analytics, Compensation & Reward Management, Entrepreneurship, and Industrial Relation & Labour Laws. His areas of research interest are Leadership, Psychological Capital, Emotional Intelligence, Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, Personality and Psychology of Marketing and social media.
