Dr. Abhishek Singh Verma is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Sharda School of Engineering and Technology, Sharda University, India. He has obtained B. Tech in Information Technology from UPTU, Lucknow (A State Govt. University), M. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Amity University, Noida and Ph. D in Computer Science & Engineering from Dr. APJAKTU, Lucknow, U.P. (A State Govt. University). Dr. Verma has more than 19 years of experience in the field of teaching and administration. His areas of interest are Software Engineering, Database Management System, Software Testing, Pattern Recognition and AI & ML.
Currently, he is a SWAYAM-NPTEL Coordinator of Sharda University, Entrepreneurship Cell Coordinator and NBA coordinator of Institutional criteria of SSET at Sharda University, Greater Noida. Dr. Verma has been an active member of the Curriculum design committee as per NEP-2020 and board of studies of Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Sharda School of Engineering & Technology, Sharda University.
Dr. Verma have published 03 Patents, 01 Edited Book and more than 15 research papers in International Journals and Conferences. He has organized as well as attended a number of International and National FDPs, Workshops, Seminars and Conferences. He is also having experience of supervising 05 M. Tech students thesis and a supervisor of 01 Ph. D scholar. He has chaired several technical sessions and has reviewed papers of many international conferences from Springer, & IEEE.
