Prof. (Dr.) Deepak Bansal is a Doctorate in Finance from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. He is the Master of Business Administration with specialization in Finance & Marketing from AKTU, Lucknow. He is the Master of Philosophy from Madurai Kamraj University, Madurai and the Master of Commerce from CCS University, Meerut. He is a bachelor in Education and Commerce. He has worked in various management institutes of repute in NCR Region. Presently he is associated with Sharda University, Greater Noida. His area of interest includes Venture Capital Financing, Financial Modelling, Taxation Policy, Financial Management, Accounting for Management, Financial Derivatives, Mergers, Acquisitions & Corporate Restructuring, and Financial Markets & Institutions. He has more than 19 years of academic, industry & research experience. He is in editorial board of repute journals. He has presented several research papers in National/International Journals and Conferences. He has organized and attended several workshops, conferences, seminars, FDPs and summits of national and international repute.
