About

I have completed my B. Tech and M.Tech in Food Processing and Technology from Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in my area of interest fruit wine-making to explore more in-depth about the effect of winemaking processing steps such as fermentation, aging, and storage conditions on the quality of final food product. I believe that joining as an Assistant professor will enhance my talent in the best possible ways that will help me in getting job satisfaction.
