Professor Anamika Paul has over 17 years of experience in various fields of Environmental Engineering. She is a Chemical Engineer with specialization in most aspects of Environmental Engineering especially in Water and Air Pollution Control systems. Her Doctoral research was conducted at Queens University, Canada and prior to that she earned her Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from University of Windsor, Canada. She also has to her credit B.Tech from LIT and Masters from IIT Delhi in Chemical Engineering.
Post PhD she was worked as an Environmental Engineering Consultant with a multinational, AMEC Earth and Environmental, Toronto, in the field of mining and metals for more than 3 years. She is an expert in the field of wastewater treatment, air pollution modeling, odour modeling and soil remediation. Prior to this, she worked with NCB, New Delhi, and was responsible for conducting Comprehensive and Rapid Environmental Impact Assessments for Cement Plants and Limestone mines.
Prof. Dr. Anamika Pauls experience as a Teaching faculty and a Researcher has resulted in publishing more than 40 research articles in national and international journals. Member of numerous international and national scientific bodies and is a reviewer for various international journals. She is recipient of various awards & honor including best faculty at CBP Govt Engg. College, highest grosser award at AMEC and the recipient of Onsite water research award, Canada, for her PhD research work. She is a recipient of the most coveted NSERC fellowship amongst others, Canada, for conducting her Doctoral research.
