Dr Ahrar Ahmad Lone is working as an Assistant professor at Sharda School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Sharda University. He has earned a well-deserved reputation as an Assistant Professor at Sharda University, India, since August 2021. Dr. Lone's academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Sociology from Aligarh Muslim University, India, where he delved into intricate sociological topics. His expertise spans diverse areas, notably the Sociology of Information and Communication Technology, Globalization, Rural Sociology, and Gender Issues. Beyond his research pursuits, Dr. Lone is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of scholars, supervising Ph.D. students. His instructional repertoire extends to teaching a range of sociology courses, imparting knowledge and insights to students at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. In addition to his pedagogical roles, Dr. Lone is actively involved in administrative responsibilities as the Program Coordinator and Course Coordinator at Sharda University, showcasing his dedication to fostering academic excellence and management within the institution. His substantial scholarly contributions include the publication of research papers in esteemed journals, participation in national and international conferences, and the editing of books on sociological fundamentals and social institutions. Dr. Ahrar Ahmad Lones multidimensional involvement in academia, from research and mentorship to administration and publication, underscores his invaluable role in advancing sociological knowledge and educational excellence at Sharda University.
