Sharda University organised a two week MDP on 'Emotional Intelligence, Team Work & Performance' for EMBA Delegation from IUC, Cameroon. The aim of this MDP was to guide individuals to incorporate emotional intelligence (EI) into their work and life and to understand the elements of emotional intelligence to cultivate cooperation and trust, and reap the benefits of working together in a cohesive and structured environment.
