Dr. Ajay Pal Sharma (IPS) SSP Gautam Budh Nagar addressed to the gathering of girl students at Sharda University and he told that "There is a need to change the mindset of people and it is only then that the government and
administration can complement efforts to ensure that women are safe in India".
