Simarpreet Singh Chandhok is a final year student pursuing Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science at Sharda University. He is a programmer by day and writer by night. When he is not writing, he loves to dance, learn new languages, host events and blog.
He initiated writing his novel in the second year of his college life with the support of his parents and motivation from his friends and teachers at Sharda University. Living at a hostel, he has been an active participant in all the events in Sharda University. His book Adoloscence, A Lost Glance takes the reader on a roller coaster ride of all the events that can happen in a boy’s life all through the late childhood to young adult. It’s a reminder of the innocent and notorious part of our lives we miss.
He also helps people as an active listener at 7cups twice a week. He appreciates the singularity and beauty of being oneself. He loves to watch Netflix at his lone time. Sharda University has always given him the opportunity to rise up for his talents. He is the Founder Member of Computer Science Society at Sharda University and enacted as a Board Member of college’s dance society (2016-2017). His favorite actor is James Spader who inspires him for best portrayal of emotions through speech. He values living for the moment, than life. He believes there is a much more work to be done for humanity than any religion.
For him, Sharda University is the abode of education where he could learn a lot and churn out his mind to be successful as a novelist. Under the able guidance of the faculty members, he brushed up not just his engineering skills but also the linguistic skills. He is grateful to Sharda University for helping him to transform into a person epitomizing wisdom.
