My name is Sapam Debika, Assistant Professor at the School of Nursing Science and Research, Sharda University, Greater Noida. I have been working at Sharda University Since July, 2014. The academic field is always of great interest to me because I believe that teaching is the noblest of all professions in the world. As a teacher, my aim and endeavor are to help the students in attaining their intellectual development by teaching, providing guidance and development of Performance Improvement Plans.
