Dr. Kapil Dave has a rich experience of over 18 years in teaching and research, including over 6 years at foreign universities as an Associate Professor of Physical Education and Sports Science. Presently, Dr. Dave is a Director Sports and in addition to that he is also the Director Student Welfare of Sharda University, Greater Noida (UP). Dr. Dave obtained his Ph.D. degree from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, in Physical Education (2009). Dr. Kapil Dave obtained his BPE and MPE degrees in Physical Education also from Devi Ahilya University, Indore.

Dr. Kapil Dave is highly experienced in the field of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and Yoga with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in Strength & Conditioning, Pedagogy in Physical Education, Coaching & Training, Lecturing in Sports Science, Public Speaking, and Curriculum Development/Design in Physical Education and Sports Science. Strong education professional with a PhD in Physical Education focused in Sports Physiology and Sports Science. Active experienced researcher and a good team-worker along with highly motivated leadership quality.

The administrative experience of Dr. Dave has been diverse in various universities. He was the Head of the Department of Sports Sciences, Dean of Students Welfare, Dean School of Sports Education, and Founder Member of the Play India Pay Movement.

Dr. Kapil Dave has been awarded A Certificate of Honor presented on the occasion of the Global Yoga Festival, organized by Yoga Confederation of India in Recognition and Contribution to the field of Yoga & Allied Health Sciences. (2006). Dr. Kapil Dave has a keen coaching interest in Baseball, Cricket, Hockey, Rugby, Softball, Strength & Conditioning, and Yoga, including the Adopted physical education programme.
